Hi my name is William G. de M. Tacey. I prefer to be called Spud, I took up sports photography for two reason's, one I was

diagnosed with depression for a number of reason's and needed something to go to each weekend and as I have always been a lover of sport it was a great natural fit. Secondly, so as to, in a small way to help support the charming young lady with her "Landmark Football"  Roemyanne (Cesca) Beautiful Mum who was my fiancée, but sadly passed away with a brain aneurysm when Cesca was only eighteen months old. Cesca is now sixteen. Cesca is well looked after by her uncle and his family in the Philippines. I support Cesca in two ways, I send what we call an allowance each month and on top of that the proceeds from sales of my images, I take each season. Which all goes to her upkeep and education. To all those who have purchased photos in the past, Cesca and I appreciate and THANKYOU.

HISTORY

I started in 2010 originally taking images of the Men's and Woman's field hockey in the "Roe District's Hockey Associations", then followed the "Greater Wheatbelt Men's Hockey Associations" then onto the "Eastern District's Hockey Association", to now being exclusively with "Eastern District's Football League". For fourteen rounds of the home and away season I endeavor to get to each of the eight clubs in the E.D.F.L. for at least at a minimum of two games. I also travel to Perth for the "Nutrien Ag Solutions Country Football Championships" as part of the E.D.F.L. squad. For approx. ten years I also travelled to Perth for the "Men's and Woman's Country Championships" for the above "Hockey Associations"
